As a part of special issue: “Applying Machine Learning for Combating Fake News and Internet/Media Content Manipulation” edited by Michal Woźniak, Álvaro Herrero, Konstantinos Demestichas, Michal Choras, ST team produced a new paper: “Advanced Machine Learning techniques for fake news (online disinformation) detection: A systematic mapping study” that is now pubblished in volume 101 (march 2021) by Elsevier.
This paper displays the present body of knowledge on the application of intelligent tools in the fight against disinformation.
